摘要
制备了复合材料泡沫夹层结构板-芯缺陷试样,并对板-芯缺陷试样进行了注射修补。通过对修补区域进行钻孔,并使用医用注射器将DG-8胶黏剂注射入修补区域,利用热补仪将注射修补后的区域进行加热固化,并对注射修补完成后的复合材料夹层结构试样进行无损检测、力学性能测试以及微观结构分析。结果表明:注射修补后的试样拉伸强度恢复率达到97%以上,弯曲强度恢复率达到75%以上,试样修补区域的胶黏剂与修补件间胶接质量良好。
Abstract
The skin-core flaw samples of composite foam sandwich were prepared,and the flaw samples were repaired by means of injecting repair.The repaired area was drilled and DG-8 adhesive was injected into the repaired area using a medical syringe.Mechanical property,nondestructive testing and microstructure analysis of the repaired samples were carried out.The results showed that,the tensile strength recovery rate of repaired samples was more than 97%,bending strength recovery rate was more than 75%.This was a good combination between DG-8 adhesive,prepreg patch and foam core material.
